At Rain Me Bows, we take immense pride in meticulously packing each order to ensure a delightful unboxing experience. However, we understand that occasionally items may be damaged during shipping. Rest assured, if your item arrives damaged, we are committed to making it right.

Immediate Replacements: In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged during shipping, we will replace it immediately. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please send us a video of the unboxing.

Shipping Costs: You would only bear the shipping costs to return the damaged product and for the delivery of the new item in exchange. The product exchange itself is free of cost.

Refund Process: If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process, and once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the refund.
